Are you prepared for a spooktacular month of October? I’m beginning to suspect that my residence may host some spirits. Recent sightings of skeletons in my century-old home have left me contemplating whether it’s haunted.

The skeleton appearances began in the foyer when I discovered this spirit in my reading chair accompanied by his vulture companion.
On a different day, our bony guest was hosting a gathering in the sitting area with a friend.
A cherished bottle of my Apothic red wine was snatched and consumed.
They adorned my autumn mantel with eerie items.
Just like Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas.
A Day of the Dead garland is draped over my antique mirror as Jack watches.
Truthfully, I’m feeling a bit unsettled by all the antics.
Skeleton appearances took place in the kitchen, too.
I’m uncertain who was submerged in the kitchen sink.
Yet, a crowd of eerie onlookers seemed to relish the ghoulish festivities.
Perhaps this is how newly wed skeletons commemorate their marriage.
The vulture extended an invitation to his crow companion to witness what sinister potion was being concocted.
Maybe a wicked incantation or two.
Will today mark the conclusion of skeleton appearances in my abode? Or is there additional excitement ahead?
Only time will reveal, my companions!
