The enchanting month of October has arrived! This year the climate caught us off guard and shifted abruptly for the inaugural day of autumn. Today, I aim to commemorate by presenting a snug fall home tour for 2022. Over the previous few months, I’ve been showcasing all the snug fall decor inspiration, but I wished to compile all the images into a single post to provide the tour experience for those who appreciate it. We will wander through each space of our home adorned for the season with natural modern decor and autumn accents like seasonal branches, earthy hues, and warm layers. Snug Fall Entryway Decor
Our initial destination on this snug fall home tour is our entryway. I kept the styling of our console table minimal with these purple leaf branches (similar); they are some of my favorites and have made their way throughout our home! Here, I arranged five stems in a round gray vase.
This marble candle holder (similar) is also a recent addition, adaptable for any season or even flipped upside down as an arch. Other than that, I did not modify anything here since our console table already radiates an autumn ambiance with warm wood tones and faux leather ottomans.
Snug Fall Dining Room
These images are from the previous year, yet I intend to arrange a comparable snug autumn tablescape for Thanksgiving this season. All of our dining area decor essentials have stayed unchanged! I appreciate the organic modern aesthetic of the white table, ebony chairs (similar), and ochre rug (similar).

Snug Autumn Home Tour: Living Space
Next on our snug autumn home tour is the living area. This room has a strikingly different appearance compared to the last year!
This spring, we exchanged our sectional for a white couch and linen accent chairs. The updated arrangement of the space feels significantly more harmonious. With all the light-toned furnishings, a dark wooden coffee table anchors the area, and I appreciate how the turned wooden legs introduce visual interest.
This season, I embraced earthy tones to establish a snug autumn atmosphere. I allocated my seasonal decor budget on the faux autumn tree for the corner! Aside from the autumn stems and the tree, all of this decor will seamlessly transition to other seasons.
Snug Autumn Kitchen Decoration
I posted numerous images of our kitchen in my entry regarding adorning the areas above cabinets. Here, you can observe that I also arranged my beloved plum branches, along with these strawflower shrubs that I have cherished for a few years (this marks three).
The secret to a snug autumn kitchen ambiance is warm hues and textures. Given that our area is highly neutral, I incorporated seasonal colors with warm woods, seagrass hampers, faux stems, dried blooms, and a brass container.
Cozy Fall Home Tour: Bedroom Ideas
Our final destination on this snug autumn house tour is our guest room. These images are from a few years back, but I still adore all of these items, especially the cushions. Ultimately, our vintage aesthetic rug is ideal for fall and complements any assortment of earthy tones. A simple maple leaf shrub introduces a natural touch and completes the autumn look.
How do you commemorate the start of fall? We have been reveling in breezy days, placing pumpkins on the porch, and arranging some fall activities for the upcoming month. One of my favorite adventures is apple and pumpkin picking. But I equally relish staying in and curling up with a book and a cup of tea!
