Entryway Feature Wall with Palm Wallpaper
My entryway has posed a design puzzle for me. I prefer to have a console table situated here, a few steps from our main entrance, to create a drop-off space for keys and last-minute items. However, the strangely shaped stair wall has always been a nuisance. Hence, I sought out a method to make it feel cozier and more welcoming.

I ultimately discovered that applying removable wallpaper as an entryway feature wall was the ideal remedy! This vibrant botanical palm wallpaper from The Home Depot presents a timeless design that imparts a coastal, tropical ambiance to our entrance.

The removable wallpaper is available in a 20.5 in. x 18 ft. roll and covers approximately 30.75 sq. ft. I purchased four rolls for our staircase feature wall and had some leftover from one roll. Ensure you calculate the complete wall area and order extra to accommodate for pattern matching or errors!

I am astonished by how different our entryway appears with the botanical wallpaper feature wall! Explore more beautiful wallpaper selections here.
Entryway Feature Wall Plant Decor

Post wallpaper installation, I rejuvenated our entryway using decor from The Home Depot. These plug-in gold wall sconces are absolutely stunning and allow you to bypass the hassle of hardwiring. I even managed to utilize smart bulbs that I can manage via my smartphone!

Next, I selected this espresso console table. Its shallow depth means it doesn’t protrude excessively, and the drawers are ideal for storing keys and other small necessities. Plus, can we discuss this ornate gold mirror? It is precisely what I’ve been seeking–a flawless designer replica.

To create an impactful look while maintaining minimalism in tabletop decor, I selected this textured vase and arranged three faux palm branches to complement the coastal wallpaper. They present a delightful muted green hue.

Lastly, I continuously devise methods to incorporate functional storage through decor. This set of seagrass baskets is perfect for throw blankets, slippers, or books. Additionally, the white tassels are utterly adorable!
Additional Botanical Decor Concepts in the Dining Area

To wrap up this summer decor update, I incorporated botanical elements into our dining area as well. This bust planter from The Home Depot exudes a high-end appearance! I adorned it with faux begonia leaves for a rich, garden-inspired aesthetic.

In addition, I incorporated this 34″ circular mirror to bounce light and establish a backdrop for additional floral decor. These golden planters (available in a trio) are embossed with a leaf design, and the marble tray features gold ivy handles. I completed the arrangement with a framed avian artwork and two coordinating lamps.

This stunning sideboard is actually comprised of two cane cabinets melded together! Their light wood finish and woven pattern contribute to a natural, floral decor aesthetic.

Ultimately, I adorned our dining room table with an oversized beige planter, a petite ivory planter, and synthetic ivy. Three candelabras create a harmonious appearance that feels distinctly garden chic.

I trust this article has inspired you should you wish to design an entryway accent wall or style your home with floral decor!
