Explore my retro booth from the Lucketts Spring Market. It’s among the trendiest vintage markets on the East Coast!
Each year, I eagerly anticipate witnessing the imaginative displays from the Lucketts team around the fairgrounds. This spring, they fashioned an impressive vintage plate wall photo opportunity featuring an array of soft floral plates.
Scattered around the fairgrounds, you’ll encounter fields, barns, and pavilions adorned with tents filled with gifted vendors and artistic inspiration.
I never seem to have ample time to stroll around the market before the gates swing open, yet I always prioritize visiting two of my favorite sellers, JBS Mercantile and The Purple Ottoman.
Having given you a brief glimpse of the fairgrounds, let us take a journey through my booth for this year’s spring market.
On the rear wall of my area, I fashioned an engaging propagation display using assorted propagated plants, vintage golden mirrors, propagation stations, brass, pots, flower frogs, and cheeky plant stakes.
On the left side wall of my area, I assembled a gallery wall featuring vintage frames, clock faces, and silhouette artwork.
At the rear of my area, I opted for a more rugged aesthetic featuring a black hutch, dark dresser, an antique whisky bar, and a chic MCM bar cart.
I accessorized the furnishings with numerous thrifted treasures, including brass, cut crystal canisters and decanters, clocks, cameras, and federal convex eagle mirrors.
A prized find in this area is the assortment of vintage canine trophies. They sold out swiftly, and I’m regretting not retaining one.
I exercised restraint and only made a single acquisition this market: this stunning vintage “Willow Tree Estate” sign that I couldn’t overlook. I’m uncertain where to place it in my home, but I’m thrilled to display it.
If you have yet to visit a Lucketts market, I strongly recommend you include it in your bucket list. I assure you, you’ll be satisfied!
